Equipment is designed to reduce unwanted friction and eliminate build up of stagnant product. Extensive baffled jacketing and hollow bore screws enhance thermal transfer.

Screws are cut from solid (up to and including 6” diameter), and are manufactured from high grade heat-treated stainless steel with hard coating options to suit your application. They are designed to increase throughput and can be supplied with optional shear zones. Finish is superior giving added life and eliminating “ wear in” .
