Diamond America offers full engineering resources for any extrusion project. Our Engineering team is equipped with the most current 3D modeling software to aid in the design of custom machinery to suit various applications and customer specifications. We also utilize FEA software combined with Akron Tool & Die’ s flow analysis program to optimize extruder, die, and component performance and quality.
