Working from our 15,000 square foot facility, we manufacture and fabricate the majority of our machine components “ in house” . Our company is committed to continuing investments in new machine technologies in order to provide continual productivity improvements year in and year out.

Wire EDM – 26” Z axis cutting height
O.D. grinding – 12” diameter x 168” long
Surface grinding – 25” x 120” long
Horizontal Boring Mill – 4th axis machining
PTA/TIG Weld capabilities – stellite, colmomoy, and other hard face overlays
Vertical Milling – three axis, high rpm cutting capabilities

The advantages to our customers include improved process control and accountability. Our limited need for outsourcing means we are directly responsible for delivery commitments and component quality. In addition, staying current with manufacturing trends allows us to provide better engineered solutions and recommendations to our customers, providing them with the newest developments in metallurgy, heat treat, weld overlays, and specialty coatings.
